I made this for myself, not really to impress anyone else. But if you like it, use this knowledge to your advantage.
I'm not going to say that if you want to maintain your appetite, you should leave this blog. Because you can still eat, and lose weight. Just run. That's the best advice I have for now. Cardio is your best friend if you want to be lean. Oh, and be sure to include some fruits and veggies somewhere in your daily diet. It'll help, trust me.
